MY HAPPIEST MEMORY
I have many happy memories, but one of the happiest ones is when I went to my first concert. It was about 4 years ago, in October. I went with my cousin, a friend of hers, and my sister. It was in Santiago, at Club Hípico; so we left Viña quite early, just a little after noon. We got there at half past 2, and the concert started after 8 pm. When the band appeared on stage, everybody started to jump and sing. I started to push and jump to get closer to the stage. When I was about 2 meters away, I started to feel sick and breathless, so I got out of the crowd and sat on the grass. There were a lot of people sitting in groups there, and I could still see half of the stage. Dave Murray was standing right there, playing his guitar and swinging his arm in a circle... Then Bruce Dickinson came next to him...
It was near the end of the show when someone asked me if I wanted to be raised to see the entire stage, and, even though it was kind of embarrassing, I said "YES!" I remember it so well; I was there singing "fear of the dark" while a huge "Eddie" was walking back and forth on the stage.
After the concert I had a grin on my face for 3 days or so...
I went to Iron Maiden's last concert, on April 10th, 2010, and I enjoyed myself a lot too, but the first one was really, realy special... \m/ \m/
When the earthquake happend on 27-02-10, i was eating a barbaque with my family at my house’s backyard, i don’t really remember a lot because i fainted when i saw that all the walls of my house were falling apart. My town was a hole week without electricity and water, it was a life-changing experience, but luckily my family resulted unharmed
ReplyDeleteOne of the most of my happy memories was the Whiplash concert in Valparaiso, when they played the “power and pain” record full !! this was the last year, it’s not my first concert, but is one of my favorite bands, the show was amazing, it’s started at 9 o’clock and my friends was the supporting. The show was great, moshpits and a lot of stages dives , I was literally flying through the air. In the end my head and neck hurt too much and I had a lot of bangs, but the concert was amazing !
ReplyDeleteMy favorite happy memories is went I saw the best singer in the world to the first Madonna concert in Chile on 2008. I bought the more expensive ticket in the location it's was "cancha vip", and the best part of these ticket was that I was in inches away between Madonna and I . And now in dicember I'm going to see her again.
ReplyDeleteOne of my happiest moments is when I had my first concert. It was on April 7th, 2010. It was on Santiago, at Club & Guitarras; I don't have friends that would go with me because they don't like Suicide Silence. So, the guys from the VAN and I left Viña at 5pm, we arrived Santiago at 6pm, and the concert started at 9pm. The band members were entering one by one; the drummer, guitarrists, bassist, and finnally the singer. That was the moment when all of us where so excited, we started screaming and saying the band's name.
ReplyDeleteDuring the concert, I recorded some songs and took some pictures too. When they played one of my favourites songs ("the price of beauty"), I started pushing everyone and I got into the moshpit; It was so awesome. Someone gave the singer a chilean flag with the band's name written on it. Mitch Lucker, the singer, with a smile raised the flag... it was so awesome.
After the concert, I had to change my shirt 'cause it was wet, hahaha.
I think it was one of the best moments of my entire life, I never thought they would come to Chile, but it happened (:
I'm glad to say that I was able to see them, especially Mitch Lucker. Sadly, he died today... I'll keep this concert in my mind 'till the end.

I threw away the ugly clothes of school at floor:D
